Refund policy
If you would like a refund of your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. To start a return, please email us info@loversrocks.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We do not offer returns on discounted or customised items.
If your return is accepted, you will then have a further 14 days to return your items.
We will send you instructions on where to send your package and recommend that you used a tracked service just in case the item gets lost or damaged on its way back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will need to pay to have these items sent back to you, so please contact us first.

Damaged and incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you think you have received the wrong item, so that we can look into it and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund too.
